Fourth Street Crossing

A mixed-use development in Silverthorne’s town core where residents and visitors can spend time, shop, dine, work and live. Pedestrian-friendly “main street” environment along Fourth Street, drawing some of the thousands of vehicles that pass by each day on the Blue River Parkway (Highway 9). The landmark Mint building on the block serves as a focal point with a new surrounding events plaza – its historic character brings a sense of legacy to the Town Core.
